Guarantee of Software Authenticity
We guarantee 100% authentic software or we will refund your money. We take piracy seriously and would appreciate any information regarding piracy of the software we sell.
We are committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information
about our customers only to enable us to process orders, track licenses, and
provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your
To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. On occasion, we may notify our customers about additional Simon Labs product information.
Domestic (USA): All products listed in the Simon Store are available in the United States.
International Sales: SimonTool software and all books are available internationally from Simon Labs. Media Street products and Simon paper are also available from Simon Labs internationally. Please contact your country’s Microsoft dealer to purchase Visio. Contact your country’s Xerox or Epson dealer for printers.
We are able to accept credit card payments, checks, money orders, and Western Union money transfers. Orders paid by check, including cashier’s checks, will be shipped after bank confirmation that the funds have cleared, approximately 10 days. All payments are subject to additional verification. A given order may ship to a single address. To ship items to more than one address requires multiple orders, one per address. For each new shipping address, you must enter billing information, even if it is the same as for the previous address. This is a security precaution to protect against misuse of your account.
If you wish to fax or mail in your order, during checkout select "mail-in" and select "print the order" and send in with check or credit card number.
Net 30 day terms are available to qualified commercial, academic, and government accounts within the United States. We regret that we do not extend credit terms to companies located internationally.

Proforma Invoices. Even though we do not extend credit terms outside the United States, we can provide international customers with a proforma invoice for their internal needs. This invoice would require pre-payment before the order is shipped.
Online Receipts/Invoices. When your order ships, you'll receive an email message with instructions on how to print your invoice right from your own browser. Now you don't have to wait to complete your expense account, claim a rebate, or close your accounting records. You can have your invoice or receipt immediately.
Our current domestic (USA) shipping options are outlined in the check-out procedure. Handling fees or surcharges are not added to domestic (USA) orders. I
We make every effort to ship product the same day ordered, Monday to Friday. Orders paid by check are shipped within 24 hours of the funds clearing.
International Sales and Shipping
Books and SimonTool software are available to be shipped internationally. Printers, Visio software, paper, and printer supplies are not offered internationally at this time.
The list of countries below is subject to trade embargo by the USA. If you are inquiring for purchases from one of these countries we will not be able to sell items to you. Purchasing goods from us to broker or re-ship to any of these countries is also a violation of US federal law. The list of countries that we cannot export to is: Balkans, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Zimbabwe or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software.
Shipping to countries outside the USA will be via UPS Expedited Service. The shipping costs will be calculated and billed to the buyer during the checkout process. The "Ship to" address must be the same as the "Billing to" address for credit card purchases. Simon Labs will add a $20.00 USD handling charge to all international orders for the additional documentation requirements.
We regret that we must reserve the right to not accept credit card payments for orders from particular countries and/or parties. Those affected will be notified and given alternative payment options.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
The order total does not include import duties or taxes which may be assessed by some destination countries. Any such additional fee is the responsibility of the customer. All shipments go through a customs clearance procedure, which can affect transit time.
Despite the best efforts of shippers, packages can arrive late or damaged. If this happens to you please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can track your package to ensure it is still en-route, or deal with your damaged package.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Products maked as "in stock" are typically shipped immediately; otherwise, items are drop shipped from manufacturer/distributor and will be shipped when available. You will be notified if this occurs.
Software: The trial version of the SimonTool is available for 30 days. Once purchased, we warrant that we will replace any defective software media for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are hereby excluded. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential or indirect or incidental damage.
Printers and Supplies: Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
In the unlikely event that a package arrives in damaged condition, please mark the package "Refuse because of damage in transit." You should then contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we may file a claim with the shipping agent and reship you your merchandise. If it is too late to refuse, and you did not sign for it damaged, please call the shipping company and file a claim immediately.
Return privileges vary by manufacturer. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Contact Simon Labs at email@example.com with any questions.
Software: Software is not returnable unless the media is found to be defective within 30 days of the shipping date. Trial versions are available to assure suitability prior to purchase. If defective, software may be returned with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the required RMA number. Returns made without an RMA number will be refused.
Books: Books are refundable if returned within 30 days of the shipping date if in new, unused condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Books need to be returned in the original bubble envelope with cardboard backing, or comparable. Credit will not be given for returned books that have not been properly packaged or have signs of obvious use. Books may be exchanged in the event of a printing defect within 30 days of the shipping date. RMA numbers are not required for book returns.
Paper: We will accept any unopened paper within 30 days for a refund on the purchase price less a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee and any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise, unless it was defectively manufactured. All returned items must be in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Printers: Printers that are unopened and undamaged may be returned for credit within 30 calendar days from original invoice date for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees of up to fifteen (15) percent.. Refused shipments of bonafide orders may also be subject to restocking fees.
All printer returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER assigned prior to shipment. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization or with questions regarding the return policy.
You must ship the returning product within five business days of the date we issue the Return Authorization Number. You must also return the printer in its original packaging, in new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. If the product or any of the product parts, components or accompanying items have been used or are missing or damaged, we may reject the return or charge you an additional fee, depending on the circumstances.
If we made a mistake, and shipped you the wrong item, we will ship a replacement, and reimburse your costs associated with returning the incorrect item.
Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) printer returns: Items that are defective may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you believe an item you received is defective and within its warranty period, call Technical Support for the manufacturer and they will assist with troubleshooting. They will decide whether to repair or replace the equipment. Only the manufacturer can issue an RMA number for a defective printer.
Damaged Printers: If a printer arrives damaged, please refuse the product upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify us at email@example.com. Timely receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim.
Printer Supplies: Printer supplies may be returned within 30 days of shipping date if they are unused and unopened and the manufacturer's original shrink wrapping or seals have not been broken. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number.
If you buy bulk ink to fill your own cartridges, or for a bulk feeding system, please be advised that we will not be responsible for any technical issues, quality control issues or financial issues that may arise. Further, we can not take back for return or for credit any product that has been associated with your effort to fill or to refill cartridges, or bulk feeding systems.
Due to the nature of the manufacture of the products, we can not take back open or used ink and printer supplies.
Defectively Manufactured: You have 30 days from your products ship date to notify us of a defective printer supply product. An RMA# must be given to you to accompany the item(s) to be returned. Any product found to be defective will be replaced upon the return and inspection of the defective product.
Shipping Return Addresses: When you receive your RMA #, you will also receive an address to where your package MUST be returned. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.
Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. Note: Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces.
Your refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Important Note*: All packages – software, paper, supplies, and printers - returned without an RMA# or returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for return will be shipped back to you at your expense. This will occur under the following circumstances:
Product was received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Product was shipped later than 5 calendar days from the RMA date.
Product does not meet our expectations. For example, the product is not in resalable condition, or was claimed to be defective and is found to be non-defective.
Product is claimed to be unopened by the customer. Upon receipt a technician opens the package and discovers the product had been opened by the customer before it was returned.
These products will be denied a refund and shipped back to you at your expense. This will be charged to your credit card. Your return may also be subject to a processing fee if Simon Labs is assessed a processing fee from our supplier.
If a product cannot be deemed resalable and is sent back to the customer and the customer refuses a returned product shipment, or returns the product a second time without Simon Labs’ prior authorization, the customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against Simon Labs for credit charges related to such products.
Customer Order Cancellation
If you placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must email us immediately at email@example.com. Once an order has been placed, orders can only be cancelled prior to an order being fully processed. For cancelled orders that are received prior to the product(s) being shipped, a complete refund will be issued. Refused shipments will be returned to you if you have not confirmed your cancellation with us beforehand.
Credits & Refunds
A credit or refund will be given as follows:
MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover customers will receive credit on their bank credit card accounts. Please allow 5 to 10 working days from the day we receive the returned product or refund request. Customers who paid by advance payment or wire transfer will be mailed a refund check. Please allow 10 to 20 days from the day we receive the returned product or refund request.
Web Site prices are updated daily (Monday-Friday; holidays excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer industry, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this Web Site. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.
Simon Labs makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on this Web Site. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this Web Site could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.
In no event shall Simon Labs be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Simon Labs Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Simon Labs and/or the manufacturer before attempting to return any products. If Customer makes any claims against Simon Labs Inc., customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Cobb, Kennesaw, GA, USA. . In the event of a payment default, customer will be responsible for all of Simon Labs’ costs of collection, including court costs, filing fees and attorney’s fees.
If necessary, customer authorizes Simon Labs Inc. to charge their credit card for any restocking, overgood, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
